How much should a survey cost?

It depends upon several things:

Number one:  Our guarantee to you is good for as long as you own your property.  However, it is not transferable.

Number two:  Time.  Experience is an extremely important factor.  As a Surveyor, John R. Campbell has done over 25,000 individual surveys in Brevard County.  If a job can be done in less time, the lower the cost to you.

Number three:  Profit. This is what is left of the fee charged after Number one and two are subtracted from your cost. In order to be competitive, Number three is the only one of the three that a business can control.

There is no charge for an initial consultation to discuss your surveying needs. Should you choose to engage us we can provide a firm, fixed price for your job. We believe there will always be an opportunity to succeed in business if you treat people with respect, have a knowledgeable staff, do a good job, deliver your service on time and at a fair fee.

Give us a call at (321) 507-4811 or email us at John@CampbellSurveying.com, we can help.

What can I do to reduce the cost of a survey?

1. We walk in the footsteps of the previous Surveyor. An old Title Insurance policy helps.
2. Any old sketch of survey of the property in question is a great help.
3. Any knowledge of locations of old survey marks or monuments to help our field crews.
4. Information from the public records you might share such as old deeds or tax information.
5. ANY INFORMATION THAT CUTS OUR TIME DOWN.

When do I pay for my survey?

We generally do not require our fee to be paid until the work is finished.

Once the field work is completed we will provide you with a Sketch of Survey and Surveyor’s Report.

Part of our service is to explain our results.

Fee is due upon completion.

What method of payments are accepted?

As of April 1, 2018 we now accept all major credit cards.
