Please try to fill in the following form as completely as possible.  The more information given the better.  With the information you provide we can look up most of the Public Record Information on the parcel you want surveyed.

We do not charge for an estimate or initial consultation.

Someone from our office will contact you and we might need to ask a few more questions before we give you a firm quote.

We generally ask for your authorization to proceed with a short email Memorandum of Authorization.  We will start and finish the work only if we have your authorization.

Normally we are paid when your work is complete. If there is a Title Company or Attorney handling the real estate closing we can invoice them directly and our fee is paid out of your Closing Statement.

Please remember, you are still responsible for the fee should your deal fall through and not close.​
